WONDERFUL!Thank goodness for David. We arrived home from holiday (Sunday afternoon) to find we had lost our house key. Had 3 window locks that were very old & weren't working. Rung this company & came out same day to assess. David advised that he would need assistance for 2 of the windows as they needed to be taken out. So we agreed a return date & price. Completed job 2 days later. Excellent efficient service.After having a disaster with a new door lock. I just by chance spotted the van in queue of traffic, he gave me his number and I sent the details.After finishing his previous job he communicated his ETA and arrived as expected. He got me back into my house which was a huge relief and gave some advice on how to prevent future problems.Cannot fault the service and efficiency and all at a very very reasonable price would highly recommend.

Viewed the website and sent an enquiry via their page describing our job. As I thought it might be too much of a simple job after reading their range of services so didn't want to waste anyone's time (external locks on gates )However within minutes I received a phone call from David to ask about the job. After a discussion, it all sounded positive. I then chose to send some additional photos of the job just to double-check everything would be OK with what he had suggested. Absolutely brilliant, gave them a ring late in the evening as I had locked my car keys in the car, they came out with in 20 minutes, got the best quote of price from them. They was super friendly, and had the job done in 10 minutes! Would highly recommend. I also had to call back a week later for evidence of service, due to receiving a parking ticket. They was really friendly and helpful and did it straight away. Will deffo be coming back if I ever need their assistance again.

The best in the business - could not recommend enough! Professional work done with top skill, diligence, and efficiency.Having locked myself out after 8pm, and with no help from other locksmiths in the York area, they responded very quickly and arrived within 20 minutes from the initial call. Although the problem was quite severe (the lock was damaged beyond repair), the locksmith was absolutely brilliant - he communicated very well and walked me through what needs to be done. After nearly two hours of intense work with many tools quite late into the night, in the end, he managed to crack the lock! The new replacement lock was installed immediatelly, and fitted to the old door/door frame without any major damage, which was very much appreciated.Cannot thank you enough David - response to this emergency call and the service received could not be any better.

John and David were spot on today wife lost all her keys and they was here straight away took them about ten mins from start to finish not a scratch on the door and the lock works perfectly fine no stiffness. Will recommend to all friends as family. staying hopeful that someone may find the keys for the rest of the doors but if no luck within a few days we will be calling again we called 4/5 locksmiths before these and we found these men are the cheapest thanks again you’ve saved us a lot of stress and money!!!

I called when we were locked out after we lost our key whilst out on a dog walk with our 9 month old baby and family pet.They communicated well with me and arrived after just 40 minutes.Our door had so many different gadgets that were not very easy to pick to get back in. The very pleasant and helpful staff member tried every piece of equipment in his tool kit to try and get us in but due to our high security on our locks, the only option was to break the lock.We had a spare key 50 miles away and rather than get the gent to break and replace the locks, we opted for this. However, if we wanted he was ready and raring to go to get us into our house.We were really impressed with the service and would use them again (although we hope we don't have to, no offence!).Thanks again, highly recommend!

Arrived incredibly fast. A real gent. Worked quicker than I imagined was possible. Door was open in 10 seconds flat. Will be utilising his services in future for any lock mishaps. Great service all round. Came to fix a broken window lock initially but helped me with door locks at a later date as he managed to spot one that was breaking. Offered good security advice and the service was quick and friendly and a decent price. Highly recommended.

The best in the business - could not recommend enough! Professional work done with top skill, diligence, and efficiency.Having locked myself out after 8pm, and with no help from other locksmiths in the York area, they responded very quickly and arrived within 20 minutes from the initial call. Although the problem was quite severe (the lock was damaged beyond repair), the locksmith was absolutely brilliant - he communicated very well and walked me through what needs to be done. After nearly two hours of intense work with many tools quite late into the night, in the end, he managed to crack the lock! The new replacement lock was installed immediatelly, and fitted to the old door/door frame without any major damage, which was very much appreciated.Cannot thank you enough David - response to this emergency call and the service received could not be any better.

John and David were spot on today wife lost all her keys and they was here straight away took them about ten mins from start to finish not a scratch on the door and the lock works perfectly fine no stiffness. Will recommend to all friends as family. staying hopeful that someone may find the keys for the rest of the doors but if no luck within a few days we will be calling again we called 4/5 locksmiths before these and we found these men are the cheapest thanks again you’ve saved us a lot of stress and money!!!

Just had Towergate locksmiths to repair our tri fold patio doors. Did a great job and explained the problem in detail. Also looked at our front door and explained the poor security due to the type of handle and barrel. Would recommend Towergate.

Excellent service from a business that obviously cares about their customers. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.I was quoted almost 70% more by another company and although price wasn't the priority, as all I wanted to do was get back into my house. I called when we were locked out after we lost our key whilst out on a dog walk with our 9 month old baby and family pet.They communicated well with me and arrived after just 40 minutes.Our door had so many different gadgets that were not very easy to pick to get back in. The very pleasant and helpful staff member tried every piece of equipment in his tool kit to try and get us in but due to our high security on our locks, the only option was to break the lock.We had a spare key 50 miles away and rather than get the gent to break and replace the locks, we opted for this. However, if we wanted he was ready and raring to go to get us into our house.We were really impressed with the service and would use them again (although we hope we don't have to, no offence!).Thanks again, highly recommend!
