1st place to call in York ! I called Dave late on a Sunday afternoon to help get my door open , he arrived very fast and was able to get into my home and fix my door ! I was very happy with the cost and the service was 1st class ! Dave was very helpful in informing me how to correctly just my door/latch so I don't end up braking it again .I can truthfully say Tower locksmith is your first port of call .thank you.

David came at short notice and had spare parts on-hand that are not easy to source. He was honest and upfront about the cost and didn't proceed until I knew the full picture. A friendly and truly professional service all round. He even offered to talk me through what had gone wrong with my locking mechanism. Top bloke.
David saved the day! Our bi-fold door wouldn’t lock so I looked online and gave him a call. He came out later that day however, it was a challenging fix as the gearbox had gone but he had the necessary parts and the skills so he fixed it there and then. He also gave me advice on my Upvc windows which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend David. Thank you, Amy
David came very promptly within the timescale he had stated to us. We were so worried we would not get anyone to come out, as we just could not lock our back door. David was really efficient, he explained everything he needed to do, upgraded some parts, sorted out the allingment, gave us very good advice, he was extremely friendly and even advised us on some other internal doors we had queries about. All in all, a very good experience, as you hear so much about rouge locksmiths. We would certainly recommend Towergate Locksmith and David, you will not go wrong!
Highly recommend David…not only did a non urgent call in the morning result in a visit the same day but he fixed our door problem with a new lock in hardly any time at all. Will definitely call next time we have any problems.
