David came out the very next day, despite it not being an emergency. He was stocked with everything he needed to do the job there and then. Despite the door and frame being hardwood, he battled and chiselled, and 45 minutes later, he was hoovering up shavings and left me with a brand new front door lock at an excellent price. I cannot recommend David enough, but as the lock will outlast me, I might never need his services again.. What a shame!

Dave came to us to fix our back door which was very sticky and difficult to lock. We have powder coated steel fittings and the door proved to be a problem having both dropped and warped! However, despite this, Dave persisted and was determined to fix our problem, which he did! We’re very grateful to him as we’re now secure again and can operate the lock with ease. Thank you

Our bifold door locking mechanism jammed after being slammed shut in high winds. I called Towergate and explained the problem to David who was able to take a look the next day. He assessed the problem and sourced the mechanism for me straight away. Once I received it David came back to remove the defective mechanism and install the new one. David is very amenable, professional and efficient. He offers sound technical advice freely, carries a huge assortment of locks and his pricing is more than fair.
