We rang David one Friday afternoon and he was with us within 20 minutes of the call. Very quickly and prompt. No call out fee either which was very appealing. He was able to tell us the problem was with the shearing in the lock. What a lovely knowledgable man who provided us with excellent workmanship. He talked us through the problem, showed us the issue and fixed it within a short time frame. Bonus that he had the part in his van.
David came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem with the lock quickly. Very friendly, professional and efficient service. Thank you!
