David came out the very next day, despite it not being an emergency. He was stocked with everything he needed to do the job there and then. Despite the door and frame being hardwood, he battled and chiselled, and 45 minutes later, he was hoovering up shavings and left me with a brand new front door lock at an excellent price. I cannot recommend David enough, but as the lock will outlast me, I might never need his services again.. What a shame!

Dave came to us to fix our back door which was very sticky and difficult to lock. We have powder coated steel fittings and the door proved to be a problem having both dropped and warped! Our bifold door locking mechanism jammed after being slammed shut in high winds. I called Towergate and explained the problem to David who was able to take a look the next day.
